  • January 26, 2026 from 12:00–1:00 p.m.: Cultivating Psychological Safety. During Session 2 of the EAP Professional Development Series for Leaders, participants will explore what contributes to a psychologically safe workplace and identify strategies to cultivate psychological safety at their worksite. Psychological safety is not a “check-the-box” or “one-and-done” event; it involves conscious, intentional leading while encouraging a growth mindset. Register on PDO Course #92917, Section #143006. Open to current supervisors, administrators, and those leading staff.
  • February 3, 2026 from 4:00–5:30 p.m.: Frost & Flourish: Boosting Your Well-Being This Winter. A new season signals a time of change and it can be helpful to assess your well-being. During this session, you will identify and practice strategies to nurture your well-being this winter. Register on PDO Course #92972, Section#: 144592 for Support Staff Professionals (SPT10).
  • March 12, 2026 from 4:00–5:30 p.m.: Food & Mood: Nourishing Your Body and Mind for Healthy Aging. Participants will learn how to implement the MIND diet into meals and practice strategies to enhance physical and mental well-being. Register on PDO Course #93518, Section#: 144594 for Support Staff Professionals (SPT10).

Open to current supervisors, administrators, and those leading staff.
