Summer Packets
To help ensure your readiness for your new math class in the fall, you have a summer assignment to complete over the summer. Students should make every effort to have the work completed by the time school starts in the fall in order to be well-prepared for each course. Please read the directions carefully for the course before you begin. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, the contact information is listed within each course. All assignments are due by 11:59 pm before the first day of school (August 25, 2026). Thank you and we look forward to meeting you next school year!!!

The resources for Algebra 1, Geometry/Hon Geometry, Algebra 2/Hon Algebra 2, Precalculus, and SAMM/Honors Statistics are the MCPS-created summer materials. The remaining courses use either Delta Math or paper-based resources.
Although these assignments are not required, they are available for students who would like to review prerequisite skills before the start of the school year.
