Ready, Set, SAT: March 11 Is Test Day

The SAT School day is fast approaching! MCPS will hold its annual in-school administration of the SAT on Wednesday, March 11. All high school juniors (students who were first time 9th graders in the 2023-2024 school year) are required to take the SAT on this date. MCPS will cover the cost for students required to participate.

The SAT will be administered at all MCPS high schools on March 11. Students who are not taking the exam still need to attend school that day. Look for communication from your child’s school regarding more information about the SAT day.

Students in other grades may opt to take the exam. The fee is $41. If your student is interested in opting into taking the SAT, contact your school’s testing coordinator.
