Home and Hospital Teaching

Home and Hosptial Teaching (HHT) in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is a short-term service designed to meet the needs of students enrolled in grades K through 12 who are unable to participate in their MCPS school of enrollment due to a physical or emotional condition for reasons set forth in Maryland law.  Instruction provided to students eligible for HHT follows the same protocols that are in place at the schools for the 2026-2027 school year.  Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be accepted from August 17, 2026 through May 28, 2027.
