Fall Sports Begin Soon — Get Your Physical Exam and Register

Registration for fall sports opens August 10th on ParentVue.

What You Need to Know:

All middle school students must have a physical exam and a completed SR-8 Physical Form before playing fall sports.

The sports available are Cross Country and Softball for both boys and girls.

Montgomery County's Mobile Health Clinic is offering free sports physicals this summer. Find more information about the clinics and fall athletics here.
