*Children aged 4 and under are free. However, to help us prepare accurate seating arrangements, please indicate the number of children attending by selecting the appropriate number of "Children's Tix" (free of charge).

8th Grade Promotion - June 11th 1:00 PM

Again this year, Promotion is at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. Please refer to Ms. Smith's Roadrunner's Digest for all pertinent details and look for informational emails from your 8th Grade teachers. Each student is guaranteed two guest tickets. Questions? Color Wars 2025 - June 12th Grades 6 & 7

We are so excited to host our fourth annual Color Wars for the 6th and 7th graders on Thursday, June 12, 2025. All students will be participating. Please be on the lookout for a donation list to help FMS make this a memorable event! Thank you for your continued support!

New-Summer School Registration (Gr. 8, Only)

Please reach out to Melanie Bronstein, 8th grade counselor, Melanie_E_Bronstein@Mcpsmd.org, if your child is interested in taking summer courses due to failing a high school level course or for original credit:

1. The deadline for session 1 registrations is Monday, June 2.
2. The deadline for session 2 registrations is Tuesday, July 1.

New - 6th Grade Summer Orientation

• Tuesday, July 29 and Wednesday July 30
• 2 sessions each day (Morning & Afternoon)
• Sign-Up Genius will be available in June
• Students attend only ONE session

Chromebook Missing?

If your student has misplaced or lost their Chromebook, we need to know. Many times we can assist in the recovery.  Students must bring their Chromebook charged every day. We allow them to borrow a Chromebook for a several days while we actively search for the device; however, we need to know that it is missing. After 5 consecutive days with a loaner device a $312 and will be assessed on your student's account. Please see Ms. Smith's Roadrunner's Digest for additional details.
