With over 20 years of experience in education, I’ve served as an Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, AVID Administrator, ESL SIOP Instructional Coach, and English and Spanish teacher in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina. I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on Superintendency from Wingate University, as well as master’s degree in Educational Leadership. I have a master's degree in Business Management from College of Notre Dame of MD, and bachelor’s degrees in English and Spanish from North Carolina A&T State University. I’m a proud mother to my four-year-old son and a musician who enjoys playing the violin, piano, and clarinet. I’m passionate about nurturing the whole child and committed to equity, academic excellence, and meaningful partnerships with families and the school community. |
